The Thrive Programme® is very easy to follow, enables anyone to feel confident, enthusiastic and optimistic about their life, producing predictable, measurable and lasting results within 6 weeks.


The Thrive Programme® is a totally fresh approach to achieving lasting happiness, health and success.

It was developed over many, many years by leading psychotherapist Rob Kelly and a team of psychologists and researchers based in Cambridge, England.

Thriving people have a unique skillset that makes them more robust, resilient and confident. They feel powerful and more in control of their lives, they are less prone to stress, anxiety or depression and they generally live longer and happier. Thriving people find it easier to resist other people’s opinions, social pressures, they take more responsibility for their physical and mental health and live a more positive, powerful and active life.


You have around 50,000 thoughts a day and so it’s really important that you ensure the heavy majority of those are positive and empowering. Beliefs are thoughts you keep thinking over and over again and provide the ‘rules’ by which you base everything you think, do, say or believe.

A limiting belief is any belief that doesn’t help you achieve the life you really want. And if you allow these to regularly distort your perspective, it can have a hugely detrimental effect on your life.


SPACE = sense of power and control over your experiences, which is critical to success in life. Internal people feel powerful and believe they strongly influence events and external people believe things happen ‘to’ them and are influenced by the past, other’s opinions, luck, fate, chance etc. Our quizzes will help determine where you stand and I will work with you to ensure you believe you can handle anything life throws at you!


Self-esteem is how you feel about yourself; your perception of how worthy, likeable and capable you are. It is like a battery that needs charging up on a daily basis and I can provide you with tried and tested tools and techniques that will super-charge your self-esteem and ensure you feel more robust, resilient, happy and positive. A fully-charged self-esteem is a thing of real joy and beauty!


Social Confidence


How do you respond to social influences and pressures? ‘External’ people with low self-esteem create substantial social anxiety. Do you fear being judged and evaluated by other people? Do you, sometimes, fear embarrassment, humiliation or rejection in social situations? The good thing about social anxiety is that it isn’t ‘real’. It’s just a belief  and I can work with you to reverse that and respond differently.

Thinking Styles

These are habitual styles of thinking that have, over time, become exaggerated or dramatised because the person felt powerless to change them.

These thinking styles include: Negative, Obsessive, Impulsive, Paranoid, Black and White, Catastrophic, Perfectionist, Hypervigilant and Learned Helplessness.

By recognising then modifying these thinking styles, you can reduce your levels of stress and anxiety and feel more powerful!


The language you use is an expression of what you think, feel and believe. As a general rule, mean what you say. Using negative, dramatic or catastrophic statements has an immediate impact on your mind and your body, creating anxiety and stress and a sense of powerlessness.

Coping Skills

You can handle, cope and tolerate just about anything in life if you manage your thinking effectively! There will always be situations in life where you don’t have any control or influence and rather than trying to avoid these scenarios, good coping skills will give you the believe you can respond well to any event. I will work with you to reduce (in your mind) any perceived threats, difficulties or stressful situations you have in your life.




You get to this stage through applied persistent and continuous, determined effort. And what a place it is too.

This is where the fun starts and doesn’t finish.
